Who we are
Debra Turner is our lead Counsel with over 30 years of experience in civil litigation and trial. Debra attended the University of Southern California for her undergraduate degree and received her J.D. from San Francisco School of Law.
Turner Legal Resolution ("TLR") provides ADR and trial consultation services on cases involving personal injury, construction defect, professional malpractice and insurance coverage. TLR, where appointed by court, will act as Hearing Master and/or Special Master on civil litigation to provide discovery planning and guidance.
